The holiday season can be a very wasteful time of year. Want alternatives to buying more stuff, only for it to be thrown away? Discuss gift giving ideas such as vouchers, second hand gifts, homemade gifts, donating in someone’s name. Discuss using recycled wrapping paper or alternative wrappings, avoiding single use cutlery and dishes. This workshop is proudly presented as a part of the Living Lightly project as a partnership between Bass Coast Shire Council, Bass Coast Adult Learning and community gardens across the region.
