Living Lightly - Fermentation for Everyday Kitchens
Participants will learn the foundations of fermentation, including how it works, key food safety considerations and the differences between common types of ferments. We’ll explore accessible options suited to a home kitchen, focusing on achievable techniques and everyday ingredients rather than specialised equipment or complex recipes.
This workshop is part of the Living Lightly series and is delivered by Bass Coast Adult Learning in partnership with Bass Coast Shire Council.
